Riot should ban viper+harbor combo

This stupid META makes the game unwatchable and mostly works for NA frogs. It should be forbidden to pick both agents at the same time.

EU doesnt play harbor. how is this NA's fault?

Bro there was like 6 harbor viper comps in the enitrety of champs 3 of those maps were loud.
