It has nothing to do with flukes. Back then sen was on top and everybody thought they are the best.They are the prime example for what happens to players in a game that’s always evolving and changing meta. Just think about it, even the Jett nerf rn could degrade some t1 players into t2. I dont think the majority of pros in t1 will stay there for another 2 years.
