They were not supposed to make playoffs
They were not supposed to make Tokyo/Champs
They were not supposed to make finals in Tokyo
They were not supposed to anywhere near an international trophy at the start of the year yet they are here 1 series away from becoming world champions.

They were the laughing stock of the Americas league now they're their only hope of getting an international trophy this year.

EG the team no one feared is 1 step away from eternal glory
Maybe it was all meant to be from the very beginning.

Real life > Movies and whoever wins tonight proves that once again.

Don't forget Mibr beat 100T and that resulted in EG making playoffs

They lacked firepower yes but if you notice how EG uses their utility, you'll realise that ethan and dmid1 only filled the necessary sports of a duelist and aggressive ini so synergy between boostio, cum and jawg did matter
