hmm that makes sense, i feel like boaster's comms are crap too, the press conference everyone was talking about how boaster was giving bad comms or panicking, his mental needs to be more stoic to keep the team together., but i feel like when he focusses just right, he can make it work(sometimes) .
even when saadhak is IGLing with full brainpower, his baseline gunskills are above boasters, FNS is 50/50, too inconsistent, but FNS peak is above boasters.
imo they should get rid of boaster and mini. and employ LEO as IGL, his emotions are always top notch and he has the right reads ( in comms and in interviews, (mini mentioned that he has good calls, Derke as a secondary IGL, even tho he makes dumb plays, his emotions are also good (during the comms of 3-11 LOUD, he was not disheartened and kept the team together. Derke could be IGL too, if he was willing to switch roles,
IGLs also need to be intuitive, willing to change with patches, willing to change on the fly, and that is not the case with fnatic, they are prep heavy and do well at the start of any tournament. whereas, at the late stages of a tounrment they run out of ideas. this is where NRG and LOUD shine. (maybe 2022 FPX as well)
