As you say, if you're taking a lot of close range fights Frenzy is certainly better but if you don't play close up I would say ghost.

depends on your agent and matchup. against smokeheavy teams i would go for frenzy since you can spray someone easily to death if you see him once but with ghost you will propably miss the shots through smoke. also go for frenzy when you play phoenix and flash an open area. easy quick kills with frenzy!

I use a classic because I can’t kill anyone with pistols so why even try. I just buy utility and shields since I’m a support player. I used to buy Frenzy when it was 400 creds.
