Turkey terrible in tournaments

Turkey is relatively big country 84mil, and probably 150+MIL more immigrated to all other countries selling kebabs and stuff. So my question is considering how big turkey is why are their valorant tams so bad? I didn't see any of their team achieve anything good they are always in tournaments to fill empty spots and get knocked out always before or in quaterfinals why is there no talent in turkey?

In my opinion the talent pool isnt the issue. Turkey probably has the most talented players in emea besides russia.

turkish scene is pretty good but lacks experienced igl/coaches + language barrier. i do think they will only get better, players are mechanically gifted.

Turkey is good enough tbh, they have a lot of untapped potential

The problem is this, we are also asian so being pro gamer is a dissapointment to parents so when you try to pe a pro there is almost no support.

There is talent in Türkiye. Alfajer wasn't this good on Surreal Esports. I watched some of their VCT promotion matches, and he always struck me as someone with potential, but I never thought he would be in contention for the best player in the world after just one and a half years. Cned, despite arguably having fallen off quite a bit, was one of the best players itw in 2021. FUT have some great players as well, despite coming straight out of Tier 2 into the IL.

Talent doesn't mean much when you don't work under the right conditions.

I can't really tell you what exactly the issues are, but it's definitely not a lack of talent.

We have a lack of igl even in our whole turkey fps history the number of igl we call good does not even exceed 5

Absence of good igls (we just had majer, 2021 paura, mrfalin) is the real problem

they sid pretty good but with the kind of talent they have i would say the biggest problem is coaches and igla
