why no bilibili in tokyo??

i js realised why they put ase in tokyo right after the first split? bilibili got 2nd in the 2nd split and ase 3rd in the second split which is before tokyo and they decided to put ase in there???

They know that bilibili would've won tokyo. They had to give other teams a chance first.

It was based off of the first qualifier results and ASE won that. The top 4 teams in China other than edg are shuffling a lot but blg is starting to become a team that has potential to reach edg level.
