The current trash talking that EG are doing is actually good for the scene since it brings attention to the matches and makes random people who tune in have a team to support. The only trash talking that will be bad is if it is racially motivated like many random Twitter people think or personally targeted.

But for now it is entertaining asf

not really if theyre trash talking teams like FPX?
lemme see if they perform half as good against a better DRX and FNC and then the trash talk would make sense

If they trash talk it should be consistent and not towards for example only Chinese teams. But they already prove they do it to other regions like EMEA with FUT today.

But I think them trash talking FPX makes more people watch to see FPX win since they all want to "humble" them. Which in return is good for viewership.

this tournament has day on day the worst viewership of any champs event so idk what youre waffling about + they barely beat FUT so they need to back it up better to retain viewers otherwise people will just call them cocky idiots who dont win and just talk
