they currently have 3 unrestricted F/A because the contracts expired, if g2 or any big income org manages to get them they basically have the franchise slot because of the franchising ruling of keeping 3 players from the core, but is this possible?

I think the slot belongs to the Guard org and not the team core

so its the org, but can they change all their players regardless of them winning? or what happens if jonah valyn and net dont wanna resign because guard offers bad contracts?

It has almost nothing to do with the players (up until the roster lock at least. But that isn't until nex year)
