After masters china being announced. it is said to take place around july. What would be the first tournament of the year then? Another lockin with the new ascension winners?

Imo lock//in should be every year as new franchise teams will be there and teams who don't qualify all year for masters and champs get to play an International LAN
If there's no relegation, every region have 11 teams now so 33 teams + a few teams from china (maybe 3) = 36 teams in 1 big tournament
I don't see a good format for such number
