If the rumors about LOUD losing all scrims and not being good as a team are true and based on how DRX played Tokyo, I think it's fine putting TL above them but if LOUD popped off and DRX improved, LOUD>DRX>TL.
Not that TL is a bad team, they are just inconsistent.
Liquid can defeat the strongest teams and lose to the easier once...
