Option 1 :
Keep the tp same but make it such that if he retrieved the tp before using it then the tp has no cooldown on placing it again but has cooldown if he retrieves it again , this would make such that his tp is viable even if opponent doesnt rush his site.
Option 2 :
Return the 2 TP system but it make it so that the second tp can only be placed after round starts and chamber has to stand in the tp zone for 12 seconds before it can be used. This would make so that his tp cant be abused to get kills just after the round starts but it still makes it so that he is good against contact plays.
