SEN 1st seed from Group D

A quick question, how can we say that G2 is the first seed for sure? Sen still has to play F4Q right? and if they win they too will have a 75% win rate (3 win and 1 loss).

Hypothetically if the match against F4Q went like 13-0, 15-17 and 13-0 in favour of sen (Sen winning 2-1).
then SEN would be in total 115 / 83 in rounds and their round differential will be +32. This is more than that of G2 (whose round differential is +31 114 / 83) and hence they would go to become the first seed right?
I know this definitely won't happen, but Riot should still have to wait before making the draw right?

Am I being stupid or theoretically is it possible for SEN to get first seed?

I think if it comes down to a tie it comes down to map record, and G2 has won 3 and lost 2 to SEN

So they check h2h map record over overall round differentials? that seems odd. (assuming the above scenario where SEN has a higher round diff)
