So, The Guard won the Ascension spot, but, apparently the org wants to sell their spot?
The team is guaranteed the slot regardless of org right?
But
What happens if an org that is already in franchising buys out the entire roster?
Also, is the slot region locked? Can a LATAM org for example buy The Guards spot but keep the roster?
If 100T or C9 or SEN buys the roster. Can Riot sell the spot to any org regardless of region as long as the players are from NA/LAT/BR?

I think the spot belongs to the players, even if Guard just sells the spot whichever org buys it their best option would just be to buy the Guard roster

That’s what I’m thinking but what if the org is already stretched by buying the spot from the guard?
And the players get bought by MIBR for example.
It leaves a vacant spot
The new org with no roster since the roster they should have was bought out

you mean if the Guard roster gets bought out and Guard drops out of Valo?
Its a very specific scenario but I think the best option will just be to give the 2nd place team in Ascension a spot, so m80.

The team will stay, its partnership so the name stays no matter what, they can sell to change owners but orgs stay due to partnership.

ascended spots belong to the players. Whoever has 3/5 ascended players under contract controlls the spot

So they can’t be bought out? That’s my issue.
If the roster gets bought out who gets the spot? And can the roster be made from latam or br players?

You can buy out the team to get the spot. You cant buy the spot and drop the team. So the players have to agree
