Sorry, I mean when will they create groups like how they do it with the World Cup of Football or the Champions League on club level, like a draw.

Now it seems Riot is just creating their own groups. Like they will choose 1 team from Pool 1 - 4, they literally choose who plays against whom.

They should livestream the time when they 'draw' the groups, which would be more fair.
