Why do a lot of the BR and LATAM pros' names end with z, zin and zera?

Zera is inspired by "Coldzera" from CS.
just a way to say "I'm a coldzera fan"

"Zin" "inho" it is like "little"

Boyzinho in portuguese

the suffix zera means big, so mwzera would mean big mw, and the suffix zin means little,
so cauanzin would mean little cauan
(in brazil at least)
