this is false for numerous reasons, nuturn with lakia was barely keeping up with a declining VS on their old roster, finally winning against them in the match to qualify for iceland. Since then VS have replaced their two weakest players with two of the strongest players in korea, both agent mastery wise and mechanically, as well as significantly enhancing their coaching staff.

people keep parroting that “vs just wanted to kill off nuturn” when they picked up lakia but this is just demonstrably false and even if they kept lakia, the new VS would have outperformed them by every metric.

if lakia was miles ahead of everyone else in korea skill wise VS would have him on the roster. he’s incredibly skilled but so is every player on vs.

nah u never proved why it was "false" and lakia and hyeoni are just as strong as mako and buzz, so i have to disagree but ur entitled to your opinion, plus i never said nuturn would be better i said they would be equal and i stand by that because vs didnt qual and nuturn did and then vs added 2 good players but nuturn added 1 realy good player too

stax, rb, mako, buzz, king

solo, lakia, peri, hyeoni, suggest

even on paper it’s obvious these teams aren’t comparable, solo and peri are players I respect a ton but their mechanics aren’t in the same universe as the other players in that list

do you really think that team would stack up to be equal to vs? and if you’re keeping allow and cutting peri then you have allow having to learn controller, which is basically a playstyle the guy has never done in his entire career and we have no clue if he would be comfortable / find success with

nuturn maybe needs 1 more pickup because they beat VS with thier old team against VS old team---> vs got 2 new good players--->nuturh got a good player: hyeoni(and assuming lakia is still on the team) they could prob retire peri and get a new controller

Tactical and set plays, they are way more ahead all teams. 100T stole lot of their strats. They also better than other KR teams (like Nuturn ) in term of mechanical skills and adaption

You guys are overhyping it, their performance against PRX wasn't that good, just because they stomp acend doesn't win they can do it again or doesn't mean they can do it to other teams. If teams are close to eachother just one bonus round clutch is enough to take the momentum and enough to win it in this game

I agree. I think VS 100T and GMB are the best 3 rn. Which reminds me the EMEA playoffs when 1 CIS 1 TR 1 EU team were the top 3 lmao.

Honestly, Envy has been looking a little shaky I think any of the teams besides Kru would beat them. Sounds bad but I wouldn't want to see them in semis, would be an easy bye round imo for the opponent.

the strat they have are not the better strats but the individual strengths helped them to overcome it
