3 weeks ago I posted here about losing weight and etc.
I received a lot of messages for motivation and today completes 2 weeks that I'm daily walking at least 3km/day. Which is already a good amount for someone that spend 2~3 years being sedentary.
I got a problem with the food still, like I mentioned in the post, I live with obese people and it's really hard to have a healthy food diet, but I'm working on that.
Just wanted to give a lil update on it and thank those that gave motivational replies on the original post
