What happens if Sentinel wins Berlin? Who will be qualified to Champions in the Berlin spot??

if SEN wins ... Sentinels will get the BERLIN SPOT in champios .
so NV and 100Thieves will also Qualify on Champions because of NA Circuit Point .
then TSM will get a Spot on NA LCQ
