1) How i should play with operator (aggressive or passive)?
2) Who is the best player with operator and should i watch some demoes, before play with it?
3) Where i can find settings of pro players?

(My cs lvl - 3000 elo on faceit)

I don't play OP sorry. Watch cNed, Wardell, Jamppi, TenZ, Fit1nho on stream and take your own conclusions. Also go play yourself and see what fits you.

here’s a new idea: watch some KennyS since you’re switching from CS, too. obviously not a pro, but still great with a Valorant operator.

other than that, wardell and cned are the best streamers to watch, as mentioned above. shahzam plays jett+op regularly on stream, too.
