This list is not about consistency, this list is about domination in a single international LAN and it also considers the meta and competitiveness of that tournament.

Tokyo fnatic ( undefeated in the most competitive international tournament so far )
Copenhagen fpx ( before LOUD clowns and floptic clowns get mad , fpx haven't lost a single match with their main core in this tournament and it's the most competitive masters only next to Tokyo)
Champions LOUD ( they won the 2nd most international LAN ever , but they did lose a match in group stages)
Iceland SEN ( the most dominant international LAN performance ever by a team but placed 4th because of the meta and less competitiveness of that tournament)
Champions acend ( they haven't dropped a single match in this tournament, they should be ideally #2 LOL 😹 but again valorant wasn't that competitive in 2021 )
Iceland optic ( this team is consistent throughout 2022 but their peak came in a tournament which is the least competitive tournament so far in VCT history and a main competitor didn't play and another one is crippled)
Masters berlin gambit ( one of the most dominant teams ever but again 2021 = joke )
Tokyo EG ( best performance by a #2 team ever imo >> champions gambit 2021 and champions optic 2022 , but them barely winning against a PUBG streamer team doesn't justify them placing higher than any of the champions above them in this list )
LOCK IN fnatic ( dominant but a mickey mouse no pressure tournament )
Copenhagen PRX ( the team was different unfortunately they had to face FPX who had lower bracket buff )

Champions= < masters ( more the number of teams = more shit teams , don't believe? Look at LOCK IN , masters feel more competitive because only a few can make it here , no bots like giants ☠️ and team secret 😭 )

Could've been interesting, if only you had not considered LOCK//IN and Champions as less competitive.
More teams does NOT make it less competitive, at least as long as the best teams make it into the event. If you've got the best teams on top of many "lower" contenders, your probability of winning is simply lower than if only the good teams are present.
An argument could be made for LOCK IN because it was single-match eliminations all along, but you didn't mention that.
Finally your post looked all serious and all until the last two paragraphs.. why, really ?

I had to say it because people think champions>>> masters just because it has a name " champions" and it's the ultimate tournament of the year . But I based this only on competition, competition wise champions is not any superior compared to masters . I still think masters = champions but the bottom teams of champions lacks quality.

NAVI , T1 FUT can make the playoffs of Tokyo on the alternative timeline , can't say the same about teams like BOOM and ZETA in 2022 champions , you know they are going out .

I see your point, it makes sense. Many support in a similar manner that the European Soccer cup (UEFA) is more competitive than the FIFA World cup because the teams are on average stronger.

Still, what should be measured to my mind is "Given a specific team (any in the world), what's the probability of it winning the event ?", and then you average over all teams.
I also think in this regard that Masters = Champions, but if once you take into account that it is harder to get to Champions in the first place, then winning it is less likely whatever the team. That's what makes it "more competitive" to me.

The "paradox" is that although more teams in the event means weaker opponents on average, it can still only decrease your probability of winning. The reason is that on top of not being upset, you also still have to beat the good teams at the end of the tournament.

Prime Gambit is way up they were still good in 2022 and missed every event by one match ,they still innovated meta (they were the first one to play neon on split which optic copied and started to use on other map and now they get all the praise about neon) and then on top of that they had to deal with the political situation of war.

the difference is
Optic and Loud prime was for an entire year
and FPX was only 1 tournament (2 weeks), they got dominated by fnatic most of the year, and fluke win vs a bad PRX

Competitiveness is not even related to how valorant improved but was based on how competitive teams were with each other and Berlin was so competitive. 100t acend, 100t gmb, g2 sen (and rematch)
