You're doing the VLR user thing where you see two Russians doing well in t2 apac and think they are gods

you also fail to understand that if CIS had a spot in franchised they wouldn't have all of those players or atleast not nats chronicle suygetsu and shao as they were always going to play where they landed.

I dont get where youre coming from tbh.

If cis had a spot, all of these players would put that org over others because its their home country and relocation and shit isnt necessary as it is with other orgs. I dont get why people dont see that here. These players are human too, they also prefer to play from their hometowns when theyre not playing LANs.

Suygetsu and Shao were always on FPX

Chronicle and Nats probably value the money more than getting to live in Russia which im sure they can't since they probably live wherever the current split is being held.

Russian players are scattered and there was never a reality to build a team that could compete with fnatic once gambit fell apart

the reason why suygetsu and shao werent in gambit was because gambit already had a mix that was working. Why change something thats working? If CIS had a franchised org, i strongly believe theyd have atleast nAts Chronicle and Suygetsu on the same team.

Role issues can be sorted easily by working players on other roles. Youre a sentilulz fan, pancada marbed are two controllers and sentilulz has no IGL. surely you get what i meant or is that too much for u to handle :D?

but it can work. I strongly believe molding someone with potential to igl is better than getting a lowfragging dogshit player to IGL like redgar or dephh.

You can have a look at CS and see certain teams that applied this to mixed results:

NiP with Hampus igling worked.
NaVi with Electronic igling didnt work (partially due to level of competition getting better)
Mouz NXT making siuhy an IGL over star player worked
Apex changing to IGL won him a major (even if it were a fluke)

certain teams fell off due to things out of their control. Look at Gambit. The org was fucked due to the war which wasnt their fault. They wouldve made franchising if they hadnt been fucked that way. Other teams like forze wouldve easily been in ascension rn if it wasnt for situations out of their control.
