Tsm lcq

Is tsm qualified for the lcq already? I saw tsm and broza tweet it seems that they have qualified for the lcq after sen beat f4q. As i know , the only condition for tsm to qualify for lcq is one of the NA team need to win master berlin. Can anyone explain?
