This greedy Chinese owned company intentionally throttles their youtube stream bitrate to push viewers to twitch where they can siphon more money from their community through twitch's hardcore crackdown against ad blockers. Disgusting, see for yourself. Youtube literally accepts a higher bitrate and resolution than twitch so it's obvious this is what riot is doing.
