Aim-wise, probably no. But given Boostio is an IGL and also frags, I would say he is more valuable than KangKang

aim wise. yes. awp wise its hard to tell.
kang kang relies too much on jett's E to awp and get out after getting a kill. at least the way he plays his awp game and the angle that he takes rely heavily on jett's E to get out. mean while boostio is delivering the kills sitting duck holding an angle using kj. its 2 different play style. so its hard to compare them.

rifle wise, boostio is way better than kang kang, at least in this tourney.
