He barely ever did.
Even when he was on TL, number 1 issue with him was he just didnt play the game.
Sliggy would allude to it without straight up saying it. After he left TL, he would be asked who should be playing chamber jamppi or Nivera, he said in terms of skill it would be Nivera but chamber needs someone who grinds the game a lot...
Just little jabs like that about Nivera not practicing enough.
Nivera has probably top 3 amount of talent from any EMEA player, but he doesnt practice enough and dgaf. Waste of talent and skill 100%. And fun fact is he was still his team's best player by far, pulling rounds out of his ass because he's a god with the awp, even when he's on Omen.
True if the dude had just grinded he would be even more better than how he is rn. He does win rounds miraculously cause of his great OP but still if he doesn't grind the game then he's wasting his skills talent and also you know it also gives some views or recognition than he already is recognized imo
