How did MIBR help EG in VCT?

Every thread I see about EG, there's a comment how it's cause of MIBR or their player Txozin. What's the context?

mibr vs 100T, one of the last game of VCT groups. 100T needed to win to qualify or else eg qualifies. MIbr coach sub got a knife kill to stopp defuse and 100Bots lost

txozin knife 100t and riot took away 100t playoff spot because they are just so bad
