.
on T1's coach interview apparently yeah DRX rarely scrim with korean teams, they're like the old 100T I feel like, don't wanna scrim with teams in fear of leaking their "strats"
Nope, you donโt get to actually see if your strats and comps work against the best of the best.
Thatโs why they went to 5 maps against T1 and Lost to PRX twice in the same playoffs.
Now against CGRS too, (redemption for league stage game)
no shut up. you have never played in a pro team. fnatic has been doing this since their start, they never scrim teams they are going to play in the near future(1 month). even when they go for international lans, they dont play with other teams attending the event, they stick to regional teams there
Wdym shut up๐ and fnatic have been very meh since their start, Iceland has grand finals has been their only achievement before they got this supeteam.
yep you cant counter my "facts" so yeah lets baselessly call the team that won lock in, qualified to every international lan bar 1, bad. stupid fucking vlr idiots. you should bandwagonn to your next team once edg lose...
Ya , cause I'm not a fat cuck like valorant players , imagine being obese haha 50% of this website gonna die before 30 ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐
Getting 11-12th in an international lan should 100% be considered a very good placement.
The Superteam is of course good you fucking stupid donkey.
And im not fucking bandwagoning Edg- im supporting an underdog, nobody thinks theyโll not lose to loud or they would have won against liquid- but i chose them cause I want the underdog to win.
Blood boiling levels of idiocy on display here
how would you supposed to know if your strats actually good if you never try the strats? good on theory doesn't mean good in the actual game
take fnatic for example. they follow this strategy , and have been doing this since their inception(sumn fc)
they never play teams that they have to play in the near future (1 month). but there are huge no. of teams in tier 2 that are good.
boaster especially says how good the tier 2 turkish teams are. their strats arent polished, but they have heavy aggression, as in they take duels boldy and have the best aim(in general) in probably the entire world
this gives them enough practice. honestly i also thought the same as you, as you never get to actually test your strats out. but having been following fnatic, i have learned that , thats not necessary. i dont play with them so i will never know what exactly helps, but one thing is for sure, not playing other t1 teams is quite common
That only works since as you said t2 turkish teams are pretty decent and also have crack aims, fnatic still getting the prac they needed while also hiding their strats meanwhile you have DRX, apart from not scrimming with korean teams for fear of strats being leak, DRX also indirectly caused the entire korean scene to be stagnant and not improve at all bc their number 1 team won't scrim with them
yea, i can understand that. and it might be one of the reasons why drx struggled at international events. i was just trying to say that not scrimming tier 1 teams that you are going to compete against, is a good strat followed by many teams over different games even. but yea this could've definitely been one of the reasons of drx form over the years
That is such an L move, how would they even know if their strats is sustainable if they don't stress-test it against other teams
what are you on, this a very common strat that atleast half of the teams follow. and you generally dont need 15 teams to scrim against. you can pick for example bleed from tier 2 and practice with them for most of your games.
I thought it was only during their Vision Strikers era, they still rarely scrim against KR team?
Entire korean scene became stagnant bc of this DRX elitist mindset
Wait, isn't that before franchise? And I don't see the problem here, they also scrim with other good teams so they can still try out their strats
