Honest Question: If region slots were based purely off of skill and nothing else, what would they look like? (btw you can cut out some regions entirely / combine them)

This is only the 2nd event with teams from all over the world it's too early to say anything
That's true, but I'm just trying to see how the people who are already complaining about the skill level at LANs would distribute the slots
EMEA - 6
NA - 5
KR - 2
SEA - 1
BR - 1
LATAM - 1
I'm not saying it's right just pointing out the level of regions lmfao
EMEA - 5
NA - 4 ( EMEA has more because it's a larger region )
KR - 2
JP - 1
BR - 1
South Asia -1
SEA - 2
KR - 2
OCE - 1
LATAM - 1
20 slot maters. honestly I'd vibe with this. I think 24 slots masters would be more likely so prob add 1 to EMEA bc bigger region and add one to CN and 1 to BR or combine LATAM and BR with 3 slots with a server that works as a good midpoint but I guess that'd be hard. And add one to MENA.
I wouldnt even give a spot to Japan honestly, make them play Korean qualifiers (if you only count skill)
I really hope they don't base it off skill. the top teams will make it anyways + it will fuck this viewership for some regions.
They won't ever do it purely based off of skill
Some regions may die out over the years, but Riot are generally good at giving regions a fair amount of slots
EMEA - 5 (bigger region)
NA - 4
KR - 3
SEA - 2
SA - 1
BR - 1
LATAM - 1
OCE - 1
JP - 1
CHINA - 1 (depends on how they perform on lcq)
NA - 5
EU - 4
None of the EU teams last tourney even took off a map against Sentinels when a bunch of teams have in NA last NA tourney.
