Is Harbor too OP?

Very OP on pearl and lotus tbh , Ult is kinda fast in my opinion . Walls last too long and generate too fast .

he just makes a whole bunch of mess.

they need to reduce the slow when running through the wall in my opinion

Picking Harbor kinda have an upper edge than viper now imo

Ngl Harbor has made pro play a significantly worse viewing experience

Harbor was only good when paired with viper so idk. I do agree about his wall tho

I think once the new Pearl changes make it to pro play he'll be alright
