Well Paul Scholes wasn't technically anything elite, Beckham technique wise wasn't Foden level either but probably the closest. Foden has that low centre of gravity, elite ball control and agility kind of technique.
Foden has probably one of the best ball control I have seen but come on Man Scholes is known for being one of the most technical players ever. Beckham especially is clear in terms of pure skills
I don't think we have the same definition for technique. I'm just talking about dribbling and ball control/ball carrying wise. Paul Scholes wasn't a good dribbler by any means
