Keyd Stars or 00 nation?

From what I can tell the Brazilian challengers' system is using a circuit points system for qualification for ascension. If 00nation lose the current grand finals, they would be tied with keyd stars. What would be the tiebreaker?

00 already qualed cuz of recent split score diff
