Id like to see how the team performs with an assistant coach/analyst before we start ripping apart the roster again. I dont think talent is the problem.
no but they are losing so clearly they need to drop everyone (they literally beat 3 playoff teams!!!)
They also lost to 66% of teams that DIDNT make the playoffs.
thats true, but also means they need to find some form of consistency which could be helped by an assistant coach
