I actually do wonder how the netcode for spectating works in Valorant. I feel like it would be very odd if it was a direct connection from the player to the spectators. I think it's more likely that the server records the players' inputs and then serves them to the spectators - which shouldn't make the experience worse for a single player when being spectated by multiple observers but it may make it worse for the entire lobby.
