Like cs 1st and 2nd map is chosen by both the teams but how is the 3rd map chosen in the masters at Berlin?

I don't know, I thought SMB would be allowed to pick 1 more map due to them being a higher seed (they are from Pool 2 while Acend are from Pool 3)
But it seems like Acend picked 3rd map (Icebox) which is hella weird, why they were even allowed to do it

SMB is higher seed I believe they get to pick if the wanna chose maps first or sites.
at semi finals and finals where there is no seeds anymore i believe it will be the more popular map between the 2
