add back the player cams during the rounds that were beside each agent picture like it used to be

Best VCT changes IMO:

better casters (how do we only have 2 good caster duos?)
Fix the infinity amount of tech pauses
bring in pros to be analysts (does anyone seriously watch the desk segments after a map?)
and yes I agree with the player cams
