I'm thinkin somewhere in the 8-10 rep range, so some volume work - probably 3 to 4 sets.
Babybay looks pretty jacked so he's the first that comes to mind for me. Dapr also posts about lifting so maybe he is also a fellow lifter and is working in that range.
Any thoughts? Also I don't want to hear from you if you can't move weight in that range for reps, thanks.
