I'm still 50 50 between him and MJ but if LeBron wins this year it would be the nail in the coffin and I would considered him the goat

he brought so much people into basketball and literally everyone in the world knows him
the only argument for lebron being the goat is longevity but so much people forogt mj literally retired the mvp of the season in 98, if he hadn't retired he could have played for years later assuming no major injury, plus he played pretty good in 01-03 at 40 years old after not playing for a few years
even if he gets the chip in my eyes he isnt the goat
I also think we shouldnt compare generations, we should have an goat for each one like rn giannis/jokic (too early to tell), lebron, kobe, jordan, magic, kareem, wilt, petit
