Rrq and gen.g situation

On liquipedia rrq still above gen.g so is it mean that h2h W-L between both teams doesnt count? Is it just map and round diff? If that so rrq only need to not lose more than 12 round difference even if prx win 2-0

or they could just beat PRX?

I think it's just because gen.g has played 9 games already, meanwhile rrq only has 8

its just cuz geng had 5 loss already meanwhile rrq only 4

h2h matters in a (especially) 2-way and 3-way tie. H2h only matters in a 3-way tie if a one team won against the 2 teams beneath them
