In my opinion DFM should be a very good team on paper and they also have very good individual players so I assumed that DFM could be a top team in Pacific and do well but....

Nah, they should disband the whole roster and build from scratch. The first step is to get a coach outside of Japan and go with a mix roaster. Adding a Russian player like jenkim might be worth trying

really? Imo on paper they were one of the worst teams individually. Only firepower is Suggest who they've benched in favor of someone who hasn't played the game in a year and a half for some reason. They're playing perfectly to my expectations of them which is straight-up garbage.

yeah I understood that part perfectly. When DFM signed him I thought he'd be the one carrying them but I was since proven wrong. He's shown glimpses of his old self but overall he just isnt ready for Tier 1 competition
Before they played I thought only seoldam, suggest, and xnfri were franchise ready
