unfortunately the thing is nobody can do anything unless the recipient really wanted help.

In this case i dont think SicK realised how bad his mental health is (or just dont want to commit). If help is forced upon him it isnt gonna do much and he will still be the same as he is rn

if you're manic, you usually don't realise you need help. he's missing a good support system, where even his employers will struggle to intervene. mental health is no joke. I don't like what he's doing at the moment but it's so clear this isnt him in a state of consciousness to be acting intentionally.
