I can't go up in rank even training

I have two accounts, both in the same rank, one with kd 1.27 and the other with kd 1.39 on the tracker, one with a green score and the other with a blue score. I have 2.0 kd in the dm. This week of 15 games played I lost 14, I caught 5 trolls in 5 games, people who simply stayed at the base and gave up, I fell from immortal to ascendant. Before the defeats my accounts had kd 1.33 and the other 1.46. This week I'm at an absurd training pace, I'm doing 30 minutes of training with 40 minutes of rest, totaling 3 hours of training. I'm training spray, one-tap, flick, micro-adjustment etc in the range, in addition to playing dm. I feel like I'm improving, my performance in matches is always high, but I keep losing miserably, I want to give up. These days I got some radiants on my team, I think Valorant bugged, and yes, I performed well and was positive, I was placed 2, but I'm losing matches in Ascendant and Immortal.

get a duo and also KD is not indicative of how well you're playing. It doesn't matter if you have a 1.3 KD if you're letting your entire team die for you. do some VOD reviews and see how much trolling you're doing

just take a break and stop frustrating yourself mentally. sometimes things don't go the way we want them to
