He is living through a very tough times and is consuming very hard drugs (probably) causing his mumbling and complete delusion all I hope is that he gets the help he needs before he ends himself or overdoses on these meds....

I don't think anyone with a brain is being rude or mean or joking about his condition. There's a lot of edgy ppl donating cause they think it's funny.
