What differentiates a good team from a bad team?

A genuine question, what would YOU consider a big difference between a 'bad' team and a good team? For example, whats the difference between the guard, faze, ddg, moist when compared to teams like loud, nrg or drx? I'd say its not aim wise because all of these teams def have some cracked players so when i stop and think about it, i cannot understand whats their problem, is it teamwork? strat? comms? what do you guys think
