if you guys didn’t know, leviathan’s dog was poisoned by his neighbors and died, very sad for him, but does anyone have any info if the poisoning was intentional or an accident?

I mean it can happen, my old dog died when moving to a new house, because the previous owner had left rat poison in the basement and my dog ingested it.

I don't know if that's what happened here, but if it does go to court, there should be a discovery process. It is what it is unfortunately with these kinds of things.
