roster lock

whats the point of the roster lock? I'm just sad I can't see dephh be replaced this season :( the only option is subbing in Tenz and they pug.

because this is franchising bruh

so they cant have 100t changing roster after 1 lost

To promote better planning and less fucking around in the off season. Also to provide a certain level of stability for people's jobs.

Many teams didn't get the memo this year.
