NA- It will most probably be LAN or it'll be insanely hard for OCE teams.
EMEA- Could maybe be LAN because MENA teams get 100ms+ ping.
APAC- could be LAN because it will be hard for JP / KR teams if not.
South America- I don't know much.

I think Singapore because many people are talking about it being in Singapore and it is most optimised in apac.

NA is confirmed to be lan,
APAC has rumours of it being on lan,
SA might be lan on mexico city,
but emea is mostly confirmed to be online, i hope they change it tho
