Most LCQs will Be LAN.

NA- It will most probably be LAN or it'll be insanely hard for OCE teams.
EMEA- Could maybe be LAN because MENA teams get 100ms+ ping.
APAC- could be LAN because it will be hard for JP / KR teams if not.
South America- I don't know much.

APAC Lan makes sense looking at the geographical scattering of the countries participating.

I think Singapore because many people are talking about it being in Singapore and it is most optimised in apac.
