will berlin affect team ratings

will Berlin count towards team's ratings? ik Rankings is supposed to be revamped but I remember Iceland win/loss didn't affect teams' ratings.

i dont think it will because iceland didnt take or give away rating

no due to the lack of LANs atm, creating a world ranking would be unjust to a lot of teams. and might not be truly reflective of the rankings

I hope not, the it'll be even harder for other teams that didn't do good this year.
