idk what you said here tbh but I think you're asking why do IGLs have bad aims' it's because of 2 reasons IMO.
First of all try playing with talking strats and looking at map n stuff most of the round, you are barely focusing on your gameplay.
Secondly, an igl is picked up on the basis of his calling, not his mechanical skill.
But I would say sometimes fns really does lose 1v1s he shouldn't lose AT ALL but that's the thing I think it's ignorable.
I am just assuming that when someone is igling, he is always thinking about making the next play or telling his team what to do and all of that, so he probably is more focused on how his players are placed on the map and how to utilize their position to win the round more than actually being locked in on his gameplay and shooting heads
